I got the wrong item or a damaged item. What now?

Contact us immediately and tell us more about what happened. Depending on the details, there may be an issue or mix-up with the warehouse, the mail, or something else. We’ll get to the bottom of it, and we’ll work out a fair solution, doing whatever we can to make it right ASAP.

What’s the return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return and refund policy because we stand behind our products.

To get a refund, simply email us here and: 

  1. Tell us why you’re returning the product. 
  2. Make sure the item has not been opened, used, or damaged. Refunds are not available for items that are not in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
